Courtney Disposti

Courtney runs 2nd Mouse Media, an online media services company dedicated to helping business owners develop and manage the online presence of their brands.

An avid runner, Courtney has completed 15 half marathons (& two virtual half marathons) and has a PR of 2:03:40. Currently Courtney is working towards a Master of Science in Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition concentration at Appalachian State University.
